For tree service businesses
Book out your crew.
Never chase work again.
We build and rank the local websites homeowners find when they need tree work. You rent your area, exclusively. Every call and every quote request from that patch is yours alone. Not shared. Not resold.
What tomorrow morning looks like
A homeowner searches
“tree removal” plus their suburb. Our site is what they find. That is the whole point of it.
Your phone rings
They tapped Call. You are the only arborist that number rings for. No race, no shared lead.
Job quoted
Three dead gums, access is fine, booked for Thursday. You are back on the saw by five past.
Nothing slips
Missed calls become recorded voicemails, and every enquiry is logged. The number is waiting for you at smoko.
The only name they call
Lead marketplaces sell one job to four operators, then charge everyone for the privilege. Here, the area’s phone number rings you and nobody else. When it rings, the job is yours to win.
Busy months cost the same
One flat rent for the whole area, ten leads or forty. The busier the season gets, the cheaper each job gets. No per-lead fees. No bill shock in storm season.
Walk away whenever
Month to month, cancel from the end of any month. If the area is not paying for itself, leave. No exit fees, no 12 month contracts. We only deserve the rent while the phone keeps ringing.
The Tree Rank guarantee
All the risk is ours. That’s the point.
You’ve been burned by marketing promises before. So we don’t ask you to trust us. We ask you to count the leads.
Month one is free
Take the whole area for a month before paying a cent. Answer the calls, quote the jobs, bank the work. If it didn’t stack up, walk away owing nothing.
No contracts. Ever.
No 12 month contracts, no minimum term beyond the month you’re in. The rent has to earn its keep every single month. That’s our problem, not yours.
Cancel with one email
Say the word and you’re done at the end of the month. No exit fees, no hoops, no retention phone call. Every job you won stays yours.
Open areas
These sites are live, ranking, and taking enquiries right now. Every number below is a real lead captured in the last 30 days. Not a projection. What you see is what you rent.
Nothing is open right now. Areas rent to one operator and stay rented. Check back, or apply for a waitlist spot when one appears here.
What getting work usually costs
Lead marketplaces
You pay per lead. So do three competitors buying the same one. Everyone races to the phone, most of you paid for nothing.
SEO agencies
Often $1,500 to $3,000 a month to start trying to rank you. Results land next year, maybe. You carry all the risk while they learn your trade.
Google Ads
Pay for every click, including the tyre-kickers and the price-shoppers. The leads stop the second the spend stops.
Renting with Tree Rank
The sites already rank and already take calls. Your first month is free, the rent is flat, and you can leave any month it stops stacking up. All the risk sits with us, where it belongs.
How it works
- 1
We build and rank
A network of local tree service websites for every suburb in an area, ranked in Google where your customers actually search.
- 2
You rent the area
Apply with your ABN and insurance. Once approved and set up, the whole area’s lead flow switches to you, exclusively.
- 3
The leads land
Calls forward straight to your phone with a heads up on where the job is. Quote requests arrive the moment they’re sent. Missed calls become voicemails.
- 4
You do the tree work
Quote it, win it, invoice it. Your business, your customer, your money. We just keep the phone ringing.
Fair questions
- Are the leads really exclusive?
- Yes. One operator per area, full stop. Nothing is shared or resold. The phone number on every site in your area forwards to you and nobody else.
- What does it cost?
- A flat monthly rent per area, priced on what the area actually produces. The numbers on each area page are real captured leads. And your first month is free, so you’ve counted the lead flow yourself before a dollar changes hands.
- Why is the first month free?
- Because the numbers do the selling, not us. You take the area, the calls come to you, and at the end of the month you either keep it or hand it back owing nothing. One free month per business, per area. Fair’s fair.
- How does the waitlist work?
- Approved applicants queue in the order they applied. When an area opens, the front of the queue gets 48 hours to claim it by putting a card on file. No claim, and it passes to the next in line. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and asks for no card.
- Am I locked in?
- No. Month to month. Cancel from the end of your current month with one email. No exit fees, no retention call. If you leave, the area goes back on this page for the next operator.
- Who can rent an area?
- Licensed, insured tree businesses with a valid ABN. We review every application personally. These sites carry our name too, so only good operators get behind them.
- What about services I don’t offer?
- Tell us and we route those enquiries away from you. You only get calls for work you actually do.
- What happens if I stop renting?
- Every job you won is yours forever: your customers, your relationships. The websites and the area’s phone number stay with the area for the next operator. That’s the deal that keeps the rent flat.
One operator per area.
Yours might still be open.
When an area rents, it comes off the market, sometimes for years. Your first month is free, so the only thing you risk is missing out.
